Jakob Lilg learned his trade in a family business on Lake Weissensee and perfected it over 12 years at various stations. During that time, as head chef, he earned 2 toques for the Raffl’s Stube restaurant in St. Anton. In 2018, it was time for a new adventure: as chef de cuisine and host in his passion project, Das Loewenzahn, where Jakob combines innovative culinary art and down-to-earth hospitality. The best reward for this: many regular guests and yet another 2 toques from Gault Millau.

As an experienced restaurateur and superwoman, Lilly Lilg helped shape Das Loewenzahn from the very initial idea. Alongside Jakob, she breathed new life into the lakeside haven. Since then, she has been lovingly fulfilling her guests’ wishes with outstanding service, while also lending a hand behind the scenes. Regardless of whether you are a guest or a member of the crew, you can rely on Lilly’s advice and support.
